Senior Project Development Chemist

Our client develop a range of Personal care / Healthcare products, they are currently looking for a Senior Development Chemist to support ongoing projects relating to product development and manufacture.

This is a pivotal role and will involve liaising with all technical site teams (including Formulation, Regulatory, QA) to ensure project plans are defined and delivered to support any ongoing changes to products.

• Defining / reviewing further development plans and ensuring milestones are met
• Managing projects from concept to manufacture
• Understanding any changes in Raw Material demands and ensuring a seamless transition
• Liaising with processing teams to understand critical points of processes and adding value with any changes that need to be made
• Managing / coaching Development Chemists working on specific projects
• Communicating on project updates
