Graduate Site Engineer

UK-wide (site-based with travel and occasional overnight stays)
The Role
An exciting opportunity for a Graduate Engineer to join a leading national Tier 1 main contractor delivering large-scale industrial and logistics developments across the UK. The role offers excellent exposure to live construction sites, structured training, and clear career progression within a high-performing project delivery team.
You will support the engineering and site management teams in the technical, commercial, and operational delivery of projects, gaining hands-on experience across all stages of construction.
Key Responsibilities
Assist site and project engineers with setting out, quality control, and technical coordination
Support the delivery of industrial and logistics projects from pre-construction through to completion
Review drawings, specifications, and technical information
Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure works are delivered safely and accurately
Monitor progress against programme and report on site activities
Support compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards
Contribute to problem-solving and continuous improvement on site
Candidate Requirements
Degree qualified (or soon to be) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline
Strong desire to develop a long-term career with a Tier 1 main contractor
Willingness to travel nationally and stay away from home as required by project needs
Strong communication and organisational skills
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced site environment
Full UK driving licence (preferred/essential depending on site location)
