My client is looking for someone to work for one of the UK's leading FM companies in a Commercial setting.

A salary up to 41k with the opportunity to boost your earnings with overtime. My client is currently looking for a Building Service Engineer covering all electrical building maintenance.

• Emergency lighting testing, BMS, plumbing, heat exchangers, water treatment, AHU's, pumps, FCU's, VAV's, VRV's, splits and general air conditioning.
• Electrical fault finding, mechanical maintenance, single and three phase power, motors

• City and Guilds level 3 in electrical installations
• 18th Edition
• AM2
