Generator Engineer – Midlands

Position: Generator Engineer – Midlands (Permanent)
Generator Engineer – Midlands
Salary: £40,000–£50,000 per year (paid weekly)

Average 45 hours per week

Role Overview :
This role involves the service, maintenance, and installation of generators and associated control systems on customer sites. You will manage both mechanical and electrical faults, undertake fault finding on generator control panels and switch gear, and carry out portable load bank testing.

Requirements:

* Time-served generator engineer

* Strong electrical knowledge with good mechanical understanding (18th Edition required)

* Experience with generator control panels, switch gear, and Deepsea controllers

* Ability to upgrade existing control systems

* UPS knowledge advantageous but not essential

* Full UK driving license

* CSCS card
