Long-term, Outside IR35 contract for an experienced "hands on" Project Manager to deliver major government-funded heavy civils infrastructure projects in central Birmingham. You'll take ownership of defined work packages on one of the UK's largest and most high-profile infrastructure programmes.

This is a delivery-focused role with real autonomy, working within a complex, multi-disciplinary environment.

The Role

Manage end-to-end delivery of heavy civil infrastructure packages
Lead multi-disciplinary project teams (engineering, commercial, site)
Hands on writing deliverable project information, plans, site plans etc.
Control cost, programme, risk, quality and change
Manage contracts and interfaces on government-funded projects
Hybrid working with site / stakeholder presence as required

The Person

Proven Project Manager within heavy civils / major infrastructure
Experience on large-scale projects (bridges, highways, tunnels, utilities)
Strong planning skills
Solid commercial & contractual understanding
Confident stakeholder manager
Located in / close to Birmingham
Full UK Driving Licence
