Job Description:
As an Electronics Design Engineer you will join our team in Bristol to support our activities within the Aerospace sector.
- Location: Birmingham
- On Site: Hybrid
- Clearance: Clearable
- Experience Level: Mid-level
- Design and develop electronic hardware solutions for aerospace products
- Produce and maintain schematics, design documentation, and technical reports
- Support design reviews, verification, and validation activities
- Work closely with manufacturing, test, and quality teams to ensure designs are robust and manufacturable
- Support troubleshooting and design updates during development and production
- Required Skills: Proven experience in electronics design within a regulated engineering environment
- Strong ability to produce and interpret electronic schematics and design documentation
- Experience working with analogue and/or digital electronic circuits
- Knowledge of design for manufacture and test (DFM/DFT) principles
- Required Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering

. Familiarity with engineering design processes and documentation standards

Skills:
Aerospace industry experience, ideally with OEM or Tier 1 suppliers - Experience with PCB design tools (Altium, Mentor, OrCAD, or similar)
- Exposure to qualification, environmental, or compliance testing
- Eligibility for security clearance
