Key Responsibilities:

· Lead mechanical design from concept to completion across various sectors

· Deliver detailed, high-quality HVAC and building services designs using Revit, IES, and other tools

· Liaise with architects, clients, and other stakeholders to deliver coordinated design solutions

· Drive sustainability and energy efficiency through design

· Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practice standards

· Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical development of the Birmingham office

· Represent the consultancy in client and design team meetings

What They're Looking For:

· Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services

· Chartered or working towards chartership (CIBSE or equivalent)

· Strong mechanical design experience in a consultancy environment

· Proficient IES, AutoCAD, and related design software (Revit desirable, not essential)

· Confident communicator with strong collaboration and leadership skills

· A passion for sustainable, low-energy building design

· Ambition to contribute to and grow a new regional team
