A market leading sustainability and building services consultancy, based in the heart of Birmingham is searching for a BREEAM Assessor to join their friendly team.  You will be required to work from the office on a hybrid basis.

As a BREEAM Assessor you will join a motivated team based in Birmingham.  You will be supported to complete;

BREEAM Assessments for RIBA Stages 1-4.
Whole Life Carbon Assessments.
Life Cycle Assessments
Analyse complex datasets to quantify whole life carbon and present findings clearly to Clients and recommend solutions during on site presentations.  
Address Client queries and concerns following LCA results and recommendations.  
LCA Project Management including delivering projects to time and budget.  
Conduct technical verifications of building LCA studies.
Develop the carbon management platform, Carbon Centric.  
Sustainability and Carbon Reduction Statements.
Energy Statements. As a BREEAM Assessor, you are expected to have experience working for a UK based Consultancy as an accredited BREEAM Assessor for new construction.  Candidates are required to be based within commutable distance of Birmingham as you will be required to work from the office on a hybrid basis.  

You will be expected to have an MSc or BSc in a relevant discipline (e.g. Environmental Management, Energy or Sustainable Engineering) and BREEAM Accredited.  

It is beneficial for candidates to have experience completing Sustainability Strategies, Energy Statements, Life Cycle Assessments and/or Whole Life Carbon Assessments.  

Candidates are also required to have a passion for delivering sustainable solutions for eco-friendly buildings and advising clients on environmental impacts and energy efficiency.  

You are also required to be a confident individual who is happy to present to Clients on site.  

It is also beneficial for applicants to have a professional accreditation (e.g. RICS, CIBSE or similar) and experience delivering WELL Assessments.
