Field Service Engineer (Industrial / Waste Machinery)

35,000 - £40,000 + Progression + Training + Company Vehicle + Expense Crad + Company Phone + Door to Door Pay

• In this role, the successful Field Service Engineer or similar will be responsible for both the planned and reactive maintenance for waste handling / processing machinery and / or equipment. You will predominantly work with both balers and compactors. In addition, you will be responsible for the service and repair of said machinery, as well as any troubleshooting and / or diagnostics.
  
  On top of this, you will be responsible for both customer and client liaison, as well as providing technical advice as and when needed. Finally, you will be responsible for keeping accurate technical documentation of any projects worked.
• Planned and reactive maintenance for waste handling / processing machinery and / or equipment
• Service and repair of machinery, as well as any troubleshooting and / or diagnostics.

• A background in both Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, more specifically a 60 / 40 Electrical Bias
• Previous practical experience working on hydraulics
• Ability to read and understand technical / engineering drawings
• Strong organisational and communicational skills
• Full, valid UK driver's license
