OverviewOur asbestos and hazardous materials consultancy team is based throughout the UK and provides advice to some of the largest property and infrastructure owners in the country. We undertake significant work in the commercial property, rail, and aviation sectors and work alongside colleagues from other disciplines on some of the most exciting development projects that are shaping the environment we live and work in.
Responsibilities- Delivery of site and office‑based asbestos and hazardous materials projects
- Undertaking asbestos management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys
- Undertaking asbestos air monitoring and removal verification
- Producing asbestos survey and remediation reports, removal specifications
- Providing asbestos related consultancy and advice in accordance with the Control of Asbestos Regulations (2012) and associated ACoP
- Previous experience of asbestos related activities undertaken within UKAS accredited organisations
- BOHS P402–404 Proficiency Modules (or RSPH equivalent)
- A passion to develop your knowledge and career in the built and natural environment
