We are recruiting a Graduate Engineering Geologist to join a leading geotechnical and environmental consultancy in the West Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates with a background in Geology or Civil Engineering to kick‑start their career in ground engineering, with plenty of hands‑on site experience and structured professional development.

🔍 The Role

As a Graduate Engineering Geologist, you’ll be involved in:

* Supporting site investigations, including soil and rock logging, sampling, and in‑situ testing

* Assisting with geotechnical and geo‑environmental assessments for infrastructure and construction projects

* Preparing factual reports and contributing to technical analysis

* Travelling to sites across the West Midlands and occasionally further afield

* Working closely with senior engineers and geologists to develop your skills and knowledge

👤 Candidate Profile

We’re looking for graduates who have:

* A degree in Geology or Civil Engineering (or closely related discipline)

* A keen interest in geotechnical engineering and site investigation

* Willingness to travel and work outdoors in varying conditions

* Strong communication and teamwork skills
