Senior CDM Consultant

An industry-leading consultancy, recognised as one of the largest and most respected across Europe, is seeking a Senior CDM Consultant to join its established Birmingham team.

As a Senior CDM Consultant, you’ll take a lead role in delivering Principal Designer and CDM advisory services across major commercial, residential, and infrastructure schemes. You’ll mentor junior consultants, liaise with clients at a senior level, and play an integral part in the consultancy’s continued success and growth in the Midlands region.

• Acting as Principal Designer under CDM 2015 Regulations.

• Providing high-level CDM and health & safety advice to clients and design teams.

• Reviewing design risk assessments and construction phase plans.

• Managing client relationships and contributing to business development.

• Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team.

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• CMaPS / IMaPS (or working towards) desirable.

• Strong experience in CDM / Principal Designer roles within construction consultancy.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

• Ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

• Salary up to £65,000 (DOE) + car allowance & benefits package.
