We are seeking a highly skilled Estimator to join our team based in Birmingham. Specialising in civil engineering projects across healthcare, mixed‑use developments, residential, and commercial sectors, we pride ourselves on delivering excellence and innovation in everything we do.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for a variety of civil engineering and groundwork projects.
• Assess project plans, specifications, and documents to ensure accurate pricing.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop competitive bids and proposals.
• Maintain and improve cost databases and estimation tools.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather information for accurate costings.
• Provide technical advice and recommendations to support decision‑making during the tendering process.

• 5+ years of experience as an Estimator within the Civil Engineering sector.
• In‑depth knowledge of civil engineering, groundworks, and earthworks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
