Healy Compressor Services are looking for an experienced Compressed Air Engineer to join our growing service team. You'll play a vital role in delivering service excellence to our nationwide client base, including major blue‑chip organisations.

Our service engineers are the heartbeat of the business. This is a hands‑on role involving the maintenance, repair, diagnostics, and installation of oil‑flooded and oil‑free compressed air systems, working both mechanically and electrically.

• Servicing, maintaining and repairing oil‑flooded and oil‑free compressed air systems.
• Conducting accurate mechanical and electrical fault‑finding and diagnostics.
• Delivering exceptional customer service while developing and maintaining long‑term client relationships.
• Ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality and workmanship are consistently met.
• Completing all service reports and documentation accurately and within required timescales.
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, upselling and service growth.
• Working collaboratively with the wider service and management teams to deliver service excellence.

• Experience in a similar compressed‑air engineering role.
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault‑finding skills.
• Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage workload and travel.
• OEM training and electrical qualifications.
• Oil‑free compressor experience would be beneficial.
• F‑Gas certification would be beneficial.
• Experience with N₂/O₂ generation systems, dryers or central control systems.
• Computer‑literate skills for the purpose of paperless reporting software.
