• Lead defined parts of design projects and individual projects, ensuring quality and accuracy of your own and others’ work.
• Present design options and solutions to clients, customers and colleagues, developing imaginative solutions to meet project goals.
• Work across all project phases from advisory and concept to detailed design and construction supervision.
• Drive continuous improvement and take on increasing responsibility as you grow.

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Chartered or Incorporated status with the Institution of Civil Engineers.
• Experience working in a civil engineering design environment and leading projects or teams in core areas such as masterplan/site development, sustainable drainage and flood risk management, earthworks assessments, highway, access road or external works design, utilities coordination.
• Experience in an energy environment is an advantage.
• Proficient in CAD (Civil 3D, Bentley Open Roads or similar) and other digital tools (micro drainage/info drainage).
• Self‑motivated, enthusiastic and willing to work across disciplines; able to travel to Nottingham or Birmingham office and other offices as required.
