CNC CAD​/CAM Programmer

Mazco Recruitment are working with a well-established aerospace engineering company in Birmingham who are looking to recruit an experienced CAD / CAM Programmer to strengthen their programming team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-precision aerospace environment with modern equipment and long-term stability.

• Creating and editing CAD/CAM programs for complex aerospace components
• Programming for CNC machining operations (primarily milling)
• Working closely with production, engineering, and quality teams
• Interpreting aerospace drawings and specifications
• Supporting continuous improvement of machining processes

• Proven experience as a CAD / CAM Programmer within a precision engineering environment
• Aerospace experience is highly desirable
• Experience using hyper
  
  MILL is beneficial (training may be available)
• Strong understanding of machining strategies, tooling, and materials
• Able to work independently and manage multiple jobs

• Up to £20 per hour, depending on experience
