Réalis as part of our Building Surveying Placement Scheme 2026 and help create world‑class sustainable solutions that connect people, data, and technology. As a placement student you will be trusted with complex work and supported by peers, line managers and senior leaders. Through a combination of on‑the‑job learning and practical skills development you will work on real projects from day one, collaborating with others and creating meaningful impact on the world around you.

Infrastructure – you could join our Infrastructure teams in locations such as Epsom, London, Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, and Nottingham. Projects include transport hubs, university campuses, industrial facilities, and critical flood defence schemes. You will create specialist civil drawings, detailed design tasks, and client‑facing roles on some of the industry's most complex civil engineering projects.

Project & Programme Services (previously Faithful+Gould) – you could work on projects for clients such as TfL, Gatwick Airport, and Thames Water, or on public building projects ranging from primary school extensions to medieval fortresses.

• Motivation to achieve professional accreditation (where applicable)
• Comfortable with agile ways of working and learning new technologies
• Commitment to spend a minimum of three days a week in the office or on client site (project dependent)
