R&D Product Developer

Job Description

We are recruiting a product developer within the RDQ function, part of the productivity team working on projects in the European region. The team focuses on portfolio maintenance and productivity‑led initiatives, from ideation to project scoping and execution. You will work cross‑functionally to deliver projects with technical rigor while meeting business and consumer needs.

• Organize and execute projects in line with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing requirements, communicating status and risks.
• Plan and conduct pilot plant and factory trials in accordance with GMP and HACCP requirements, including product shelf‑life testing, design for quality and consumer test preparation.
• Write technical reports that analyze and interpret results, leading to conclusions and recommendations and maintain accurate consumer‑led specifications.

• A university‑level degree in food science, science or engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in a fast‑moving consumer‑goods market, preferably in food.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and independently managing activities under guidance.
• Ability to prioritize, identify problems proactively and implement solutions.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and reach clear conclusions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including technical writing.
• Consumer‑centric mindset.

• University degree in food science, science or engineering.
• English language proficiency; speaking Polish is not mandatory.

Some travel within Europe may be required; expected to exceed 20 % of time.
