As we continue to grow, we are now seeking a skilled Asbestos Surveyor based in and around the Birmingham / West Midlands. This role is ideal for experienced professionals seeking autonomy, variety and the opportunity to deliver quality‑driven work while contributing to projects that protect public health and safety.

• Carry out management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys of commercial, domestic and some industrial premises.
• Conduct bulk samplings as required.
• Compile and check reports.
• Participate in audits and re‑surveys as required.
• Liaise with clients and other internal departments.

Essential

• BHOS P402 certified or equivalent RSPH qualifications.
• 3 years or more experience in a surveyor role within the asbestos industry.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to work well independently and be a strong team player.
• Organised with keen eye for detail.
• Full UK driving licence.

Desired

• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience of using the TEAMS asbestos management system.
