Batcher Operative

We are seeking a Batcher Operative to join our Aviation business on the Birmingham Airport project. You will operate a concrete batching plant to mix and produce concrete to specific client and quality requirements.

• Run the concrete batching plant
• Monitor plant equipment
• Perform quality control tests
• Maintain a clean and safe site
• Manage raw material stock levels

• Previous experience within the construction industry (beneficial but not essential).
• A full clean driving licence.
• The ability to work well under pressure, plan, organise, and prioritise workload while meeting tight deadlines.
• A strong awareness of site safety standards and practices.
