September 2026 Targeted for an Ofsted-rated Outstanding school, Lift Montgomery Primary offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Key Stage 2 Teacher to join our ambitious and dedicated team.

As a Key Stage 2 Teacher you will deliver high-quality teaching and learning, support the continued success of the school, and have the opportunity to develop leadership experience, potentially taking responsibility for an area of English and supporting colleagues.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is an experienced Key Stage 2 practitioner.
• Has high expectations for pupils and themselves.
• Is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
• Has a strong interest in curriculum development, particularly within English (e.g., reading or writing).
• Is motivated to take on additional responsibility and leadership opportunities.
• Can inspire pupils and work collaboratively with colleagues.

You will be a qualified teacher with patience and understanding when working with children, and you will be committed to helping every pupil succeed.

• Has strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• Can create a positive, engaging learning environment.
• Can adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
• Demonstrates professionalism, resilience and flexibility.
• Builds strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and families.
