• Plan and deliver engaging and interactive English lessons to students with SME and Autism.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students.
• Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement individualized education plans for students.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any concerns.
• Participate in school events and activities, including parent‑teacher conferences, staff meetings, and professional development sessions.
• Adhere to school policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment for all students.

• Bachelor's degree in English or a related field.
• Qualified teacher status (QTS).
• Experience working with students with SME and/or Autism.
• Strong knowledge of English language, grammar, and literature.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual students.
• Passion for teaching and helping students with diverse learning needs.
