Milk Education is seeking enthusiastic and confident Cover Supervisors to work across core subjects within secondary schools in the Wirral. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people and ensuring a positive learning environment in the absence of the classroom teacher.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-set lesson plans across core subjects
• Ensure classroom management and maintain a positive learning atmosphere
• Support students with their learning and engagement
• Manage behaviour in line with school policies
• Communicate effectively with teaching staff regarding student progress and lesson feedback

To be successful, you must have:

• UK-based experience in a secondary school setting (this is essential unless you holda UK
  QTS or a PGCE
  )
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Confidence to supervise classes independently
• A passion for contributing to student development
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to learning environments
