A fantastic SEND school in Oldbury is working with Aspire to fulfil the need for an experienced PMLD SEND teacher.

The role involves teaching all key stages in a classroom of approximately 9‑12 children. The ideal candidate will be readily available, prepared to work in a classroom, have a positive and resilient manner, and be able to work effectively as a team. Excellent classroom management and experience of dealing with challenging behaviours are essential.

• Teach students across all key stages.
• Manage classroom of approximately 9‑12 children.
• Maintain a positive, resilient classroom environment.
• Collaborate with team members and support staff.
• Implement behaviour‑management strategies for challenging behaviours.

• Experience teaching all key stages in a SEND context.
• Excellent classroom‑management skills.
• Experience dealing with challenging behaviours.
• Updated DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one.

This is a long‑term role with the possibility of a permanent post for the right candidate over time. The school has an experienced, supportive staff team, with excellent facilities.
