Tend Training part of Impact Futures Group are currently recruiting for an Education Advisor to join our fantastic Enrolment team.
Please note:
This is a hybrid role
- flexible working 2 days in Birmingham office and 3 days from home.
The Role:
As an Education Advisor you will work closely with the account management and sales teams to support new apprentice onboarding and to make the start of the learners' journey an informative and enthusing experience.
The role will involve:
Support each learner through their enrolment by providing Information, Advice and Guidance, supporting their enrolment process through to their start on their programme.
Be responsible for timely and accurate completion of all enrolment paperwork and documentation for your caseload allocation.
Process and complete all enrolment documentation in line with the ESFA requirements.
Keep to desired time frames when making initial contact, sending required documents and assessments to learners.
