Job Title:

Vice Principal - Pastoral, Inclusion & Personal Development Strategic Direction and Development

Support and assist the Principal by providing dynamic instructional leadership and management by sharing and modelling the school’s vision and values in everyday work and practice.

Lead the implementation of Star pastoral systems to secure high levels of attendance and outstanding behaviour.

Ensure a consistent and continuous focus on pupils’ achievement, with systems for recording individual pupil’s progress, and effective use of data and benchmarks to monitor progress in every pupil’s learning.

Assist in the creation and implementation of a strategic plan which identifies priorities and targets for ensuring that pupils achieve high standards and make progress, increasing teachers’ effectiveness and securing school improvement.

Lead on the implementation of all policies and procedures relating to safeguarding

A degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status.

Experience of senior leadership and management within a school setting.

Experience of successful and sustained delivery of outstanding attainment and achievement.
