Are you a Qualified Teaching Assistant searching for your next role? Do you have previous experience supporting children with a variety of SEND, as well as challenging behaviour? A school in Great Barr is looking for a confident individual to work on a 1:1 basis with a Year 3 child, who often displays challenging behaviour, and requires academic support.

Provide targeted 1:1 support to a Year 3 pupil with SEND and challenging behaviour, including academic assistance and behavioural support as required.

• An enthusiastic, well-motivated and talented classroom practitioner
• Excellent working knowledge of the Primary curriculum
• Recent primary school experience within the last 3 years
• Right to Work in the UK
• Clear Enhanced Child Workforce on the Update Service (if you do not have this, we will require you to apply for a new DBS)
• Able to provide at least 2 references to cover a minimum of 2 years

• £100 bonus after you have worked 10 days
• £250 recommendation bonus once you have referred somebody to Aspire People and they work 20 days
