Location: Digbeth
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Hospitality Tutor to deliver engaging and high-quality training to learners interested in building careers in the hospitality sector.
You will deliver training as part of our Path2
Apprenticeship programme, supporting learners from a variety of backgrounds to develop their skills, achieve qualifications, and progress into sustainable employment.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging Level 1 and Level 2 hospitality training sessions.
* Deliver both accredited and non-accredited training aligned with contract outcomes.
* Support learners in developing skills for customer service, food service, and hospitality operations.
* Identify learner needs and set SMART targets to support achievement.
* Maintain accurate administration, documentation, and compliance records.
* Engage learners in classroom and online learning environments.
* Promote employability skills and career progression within the hospitality industry.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure learners receive the right support.
* Contribute to quality improvement and continuous development initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience working within the hospitality sector (e.g., food service, customer service, hotels, or hospitality operations).
* Experience delivering training to adult learners, ideally in vocational or employability programmes.
* Ability to design and deliver creative and engaging sessions.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Experience supporting unemployed individuals into positive outcomes.
* Ability to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Essential
Qualifications & Skills
* Level 2 qualification (or higher) in Hospitality or a related field.
* Teaching or assessing qualification.
* Vocational experience in hospitality and customer service environments.
* Confidence using digital learning tools.
* Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
* Ability to motivate and inspire learners from diverse backgrounds.
