POST: Learning Support Worker
LOCATION: West Bromwich Birmingham
HOURS: 37 Hours, term time plus 1 week

This position can go permanent for the right person.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Worker to join our Inclusion Team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to students’ learning and development in a supportive and inclusive environment.

• Support small groups of students to meet their SEN requirements
• Tutor individual students as needed
• Assist students’ learning across the curriculum, tailoring support to individual needs
• Promote inclusion and contribute to the successful induction of new students

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff to share this commitment. All post-holders will be required to have an Enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), including a Children’s Barred List check for posts involving regulated activity.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
