We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant secondary school in Solihull. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional passionate about supporting students with additional needs and helping them achieve academic and personal success.

• Support secondary aged students with EHCPs across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
• Deliver targeted small‑group interventions.
• Provide classroom support to help students access the curriculum.
• Assist with learning activities and differentiated tasks.
• Support students’ social, emotional and behavioural needs.
• Work closely with teachers and the SENDCo to follow individual support plans.
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to staff.

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or supporting young people.
• Experience supporting students with SEND and EHCPs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A patient, proactive and supportive approach.
• Ability to build positive relationships with secondary aged students.
