Aspire People are currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to work in the B31 area.

• Location: B31, Birmingham
• Position: Full-Time - Monday to Friday
• Start Date: ASAP / Negotiable

• Deliver tailored and engaging lessons to pupils with Special Educational Needs
• Differentiate learning to meet a range of abilities and needs
• Support students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and other additional needs
• Work collaboratively with support staff, SENCOs, and parents
• Implement and review EHCP targets and individual support plans

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience working within an SEN setting or supporting pupils with additional needs
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A patient, adaptable, and resilient approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)
