Are you an experienced KS2 Teaching Assistant ready to make a real impact? We're working with a supportive primary school in Handsworth seeking a confident TA to deliver targeted interventions and support pupils preparing for SATs, while also working closely with children who have additional needs.

This is a long-term role
, with the opportunity to remain in post next academic year
.

• Deliver small group maths & reading interventions
• Support Year 6 pupils preparing for KS2 SATs
• Provide tailored support for pupils with EHCPs
• Work closely with the class teacher & SENCo to implement support plans
• Adapt resources and track pupil progress

• Previous KS2 experience (essential)
• Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and SATs expectations
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND and EHCPs
• Confidence leading small group sessions independently
• A proactive, patient and encouraging approach

• Long-term, stable work with the potential for a permanent role.
• No day-to-day supply - full-time consistency in one school.
• A dedicated consultant to support you throughout your placement.
• Trial days instead of formal interviews to ensure the right fit.
• Access to free CPD training, including Understanding Autism, Behaviour Management, and further professional development/refreshers.
