Assistant Headteacher Specialist SEND Provision | Permanent West Midlands Competitive Salary dependent on experience An established specialist SEND provision in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced Assistant Headteacher to join on a permanent basis. This is a pivotal leadership role within a small, values-led setting supporting pupils with additional needs, including SEMH. The successful candidate will work closely with the Headteacher to provide strong operational leadership and ensure high standards across safeguarding, behaviour, and quality of education.
The Role:
Provide visible, consistent leadership across the provision Lead on behaviour, inclusion and safeguarding systems Support and develop middle leaders and teaching staff
