We are recruiting on behalf of a supportive, inclusive secondary school in Moseley. As a SEN / SEMH Teacher, you will deliver engaging, personalised lessons to students with diverse SEND profiles. You'll work closely with support staff and external professionals to implement IEPs, EHCPs, nurture student progress, and promote positive learning outcomes both academically and emotionally.

• QTS with SEN / SEMH classroom experience
• Proven ability to manage challenging behaviour and support emotional regulation
• Experience teaching students aged 11-16 with SEND
• A flexible, resilient approach and a strong commitment to safeguarding
• Ability to create a nurturing classroom where every student can thrive

• Additional SEND qualifications (e.g. PGCE in SEND, Level 5 or 7 in Special Education)
• Experience working with EHCPs
• Training in de-escalation techniques (e.g. MAPA, CPI, PMVA)
