Year 6 Teacher Temporary

Position: Year 6 Teacher (Permanent, Contract, Temporary)
Location: Small Heath

Supply Heroes are currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming primary school in Small Heath for an experienced Year 6 Teacher to join their team in May.

This is a full-time, long-term role until the end of the academic year and would suit a confident teacher with strong Key Stage 2 knowledge, particularly someone experienced in preparing pupils for SATs.

The Role

The successful candidate will:

* Take full responsibility for a Year 6 class

* Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum

* Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress

* Create a positive, structured and supportive classroom environment

* Work collaboratively with other staff members and school leadership

The Ideal Candidate

Supply Heroes are looking for a teacher who:

* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

* Has successfully completed their ECT induction

* Has strong Key Stage 2 experience, particularly in Year 6

* Is confident supporting pupils with SATs preparation

* Demonstrates strong classroom management and organisational skills
