Academic Mentor & Tutor (Small Group Learning)
Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
Salary: £25,000 per annum

About the RoleAre you looking to launch your career in education? We have an exciting opening for a dedicated and relatable Academic Mentor to join our tutoring team in Aylesbury.
This is an entry-level role specifically designed for someone who is looking to start their career in a supportive, high-energy environment. You will be working with small groups of students, helping them build academic confidence and reach their full potential through engaging, modern tutoring sessions.
What You ll Be Doing- Small Group Tutoring: Leading sessions for 3 6 students, making complex subjects accessible and interesting.
- Mentorship: Acting as a positive role model and building a strong rapport with young learners.
- Student Success: Providing a nurturing and encouraging atmosphere where students feel comfortable asking questions.
- Progress Tracking: Monitoring student growth and providing feedback to help them stay on track.
We are seeking individuals who can "speak the language" of today s students. This role is ideal for you if:

- You have a modern understanding of the current UK curriculum.

- Based in or able to commute to Aylesbury
