• Create inspiring art lessons that support creativity
• Develop resources and practical activities
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Support students of all abilities to achieve their potential
• Contribute to the wider creative ethos of the school

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
• Strong subject knowledge in Art and Design
• Experience teaching secondary pupils
• Excellent classroom management skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
