Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, well-planned lessons that meet the needs of all learners within a KS2 classroom.
• Assess, record and report on the development, progress and attainment of pupils.
• Create a positive, supportive and stimulating learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and leaders to ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning.
• Contribute to the Catholic ethos of the school and participate in the wider school community.
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers to support pupil progress and wellbeing.
• Passionate about teaching and committed to securing excellent outcomes for pupils.
• Skilled in delivering a broad and balanced KS2 curriculum.
• Reflective, resilient and proactive in their professional development.
• Able to build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
• Eager to contribute to our Catholic ethos and wider school life.
