Job Description

We are a happy and successful High School with a Sixth Form. We serve the whole community of Droitwich and its surrounding villages, making our intake socio-economically diverse, which our entire staff play up to and thrive upon.

Are you someone who loves working with young people and wants to make a difference in their school experience? We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our Cover Team. Whilst experience is preferred, it is not essential as we want to find the right person and will offer training to support development in this role.

As a Cover Supervisor you will supervise the classes of teachers who are unavailable for reasons including meetings, training, trips and short term illness. This is a key role in our school and we seek to appoint someone who is able to communicate, inspire and support our students to achieve their goals. A commitment to working collaboratively with colleagues and to continuous professional development should not be underestimated.
