Smile Education are currently working in partnership with a specialist SEN school in the Erdington area who are looking to recruit reliable and enthusiastic midday support staff to assist with lunchtime supervision and structured activities.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with children and are confident leading games and engaging activities in a supportive school environment.

• Supervising pupils during lunch
• Leading structured games and activities
• Encouraging positive social interaction
• Supporting pupils with additional needs
• Promoting a safe and engaging outdoor/indoor environment

• Part time
