Key Stage 2 Teacher - Special School - Birmingham A well-established special school in Birmingham is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Teacher to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about inclusive education and wants to make a lasting difference in the lives of pupils with special educational needs.

As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, you will teach a small class of pupils with a range of needs, including Autism, Moderate Learning Difficulties and additional complex needs. You will be supported by experienced Teaching Assistants and a strong leadership team who value collaboration, wellbeing and professional development.

• Teaching a small Key Stage 2 class within a special school setting
• Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons across the curriculum
• Creating a calm, structured and nurturing learning environment
• Supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development
• Working closely with Teaching Assistants and specialist professionals
• Monitoring progress and contributing to EHCPs and individual support plans

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching pupils with SEND (desirable but not essential)
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A patient, flexible and child-centred approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
