The Role We are seeking adaptable and reliable Supply Teachers to provide day-to-day cover across secondary schools in Birmingham from February 2026. You’ll deliver pre-set lessons across a variety of subjects, ensuring continuity of learning while maintaining strong classroom management.

There is no planning or marking required, making this an ideal opportunity for teachers seeking flexibility and work-life balance.

You’ll hold QTS and be confident managing classrooms across KS3 and KS4. The ideal candidate will be professional, punctual and able to quickly build rapport with students. Strong behaviour management and the ability to follow school policies consistently are essential.
