• Aid in planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons aligned with the National Curriculum
• Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
• Assess and monitor pupil progress effectively to ensure strong outcomes
• Support pupils of all abilities, including those with SEND
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and the wider community

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have recent experience teaching in a UK primary setting
• Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management
• Be committed to raising attainment and ensuring every child reaches their potential
• Show enthusiasm, resilience and a reflective approach to practice
