Summary:
A welcoming primary school in Northfield is looking for an experienced and passionate SEN Teacher to support children with autism and other additional learning needs, helping them thrive academically and socially in a nurturing environment. Diverse Jobs Matter

• Plan and deliver personalised lessons tailored to individual SEN pupils.
• Create an inclusive, calm, and supportive classroom environment.
• Work collaboratively with school staff and support teams.
• Promote engagement, independence, and positive behaviour.
• Support pupils’ holistic development beyond academics.
👩🎓 Candidate Requirements
✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
✔ Experience or strong interest in SEN education (autism, SEMH, additional needs)
✔ Excellent behaviour management and communication skills
✔ Patient, adaptable, and child-centred approach
