• Teach Science in a smaller, more focused learning environment
• Build meaningful relationships that genuinely change student trajectories
• Shape lessons that spark curiosity and re engage learners
• Work within a supportive, specialist team passionate about inclusion
• Long term stability with the potential for future opportunities

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
• Strong Science subject knowledge
• A calm, adaptable, trauma informed approach
• Confidence managing behaviour in a nurturing, relational way
• Commitment to safeguarding and championing vulnerable learners
