School Admin Assistant Needed in Birmingham

Smile Education are currently looking for a skilled School Admininistrator to work at a busy primary school based in Birmingham.  This school is only looking for candidates with previous SIMS, CMIS, or Arbor experience.
Duties:

Ensure the smooth running of the office
Be the first point of contact for parents and visitors
Handle incoming telephone enquires
Record attendance data for staff and pupils

You will:

Be experienced using either SIMS or CMIS
Have excellent, written, communication, and organisation skills
Be able to relate to parents, teachers, and students
