The Heights Academy opened in September 2023 in a brand-new build. It serves pupils in Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3 initially, with plans to grow to 116 pupils across Key Stage 2, 3 and 4. All pupils have an EHCP with a diagnosis of Autism. The academy is part of Forward Education Trust, an established MAT serving the West Midlands.

• Have previous teaching experience and skills of working with children in KS3 and KS4.
• Have experience of working with children in SEND settings.
• Have experience of working with children with Autism.
• Have QTS status.
