Overview
Fairfax is an academy with traditional values and an ethos built around hard work, high expectations and opportunity. As Assistant Head of Year, you will work with your allocated year group to ensure high standards of behaviour, attendance and punctuality.

- Ensure that all members of the school community keep a sharp focus on the behaviour and attendance of identified groups of students
- Hold, monitor and implement strategies, where appropriate, to raise the attendance of students across the Academy
- Celebrate and reward students who make positive progress
- Develop and enhance the practice of others
- Strategically lead and oversee Refocus, ensuring its continued growth
