Is our Primary Teacher FTC at Oasis Academy Benson the role for you?

You’ll be joining Oasis, a large established Trust of 56 Academies, but we’re MORE than a MAT
. We’re here to support our communities and address barriers to education for our students. For this role to be right you’ll be someone who wants to join us on our journey and ultimately wants to get the best for our communities.

This is a part-time role and will suit someone looking to work Monday and a Tuesday
.

There have been a lot of changes at Oasis Benson since the beginning of 2025. Whoever comes into the role will want to support us in the changes that are being made.

We are looking for a teacher to join us for the remainder of this academic year
. This vacancy will support in KS2 (combined 3/4 class), so a passion to work with this age group is important. We have a great support network both in Academy and as part of Oasis that offers unrivalled access to subject and education specialists, which is a great plus. Love technology? All of our students have an iPad and we lead the way in educational pedagogy!

You’ll be joining an Academy on a journey to best support our students and community. We have excellent facilities and space, blending a traditional Victorian build with modern classrooms and space. There’s lots of outside space used for events such as sports days and summer fayre’s. You’ll be joining an academy where our pupils want to learn, where behaviour is positive and where there is ambition to work together and deliver change.
