Empowering Learning is currently working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Birmingham to recruit a KS1 Teacher. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity starting as soon as possible and running until July 2026. The school is seeking an enthusiastic and committed teacher to join their dedicated team, where high-quality teaching and learning sits at the heart of everything they do.

The successful candidate will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - ECTs are welcome to apply

Have recent experience teaching in UK primary schools, ideally within KS1

Be passionate about delivering engaging, child-centred learning

Demonstrate strong classroom management and the ability to work collaboratively

Be fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils
